Introduction

 Rising Cost of Education, the Opioid Crisis, Immigration, Racism, Terrorism, Healthcare Accessibility, International Politics, Trade Agreements; these are all examples of issues and controversies discussed in the news on a daily basis and studied by students in their various courses. This Library Guide is designed to provide a starting point for those seeking background information and a context for issues of interest, and it offers some guidance on resources that can be helpful in finding and providing information in a variety of formats.
