Educational Administration Resources 

Educational administration embraces the broad areas of school organization, supervision, planning, policy development, human resources, as well as legal interpretation and compliance. Although educational administration is a well-defined body of knowledge and praxis, it draws upon the broad disciplines of political science, sociology, psychology, organizational theory and change, management and decision sciences, economics, and law.

Consistent with this observation, the library offers a number of subject-oriented databases that may be helpful to the researcher and practitioner. These include journal databases that are specific to education, in addition to such fields as business, sociology, psychology, science, sports and health sciences, and law.
