More Info

Note the steps to take advantage of this benefit vary depending on whether you are a:

A) New NYTimes.com user
B) Existing registered NYTimes.com user without a subscription
C) Existing registered NYTimes.com user with an active subscription

A & B) New NYTimes.com users or existing registered users WITHOUT a subscription:
1. Visit https://www.nytimes.com/activate-access/sso and enter your personal OR rowan.edu email address. The libraries recommends using a personal email address and a non-Rowan password, since it will not stay synced to your Rowan credentials as you periodically reset them. If you already have a NYT account, use those existing credentials to maintain your NYT history and preferences.

If you receive an error message or are having any difficulty with configuring access, please email edu@nytimes.com for assistance.

If you’re looking for searchable full content of the New York Times from 1851 to present, the libraries also has access via the New York Times (Proquest).
