This is an exciting time to be a member of the Rowan University community. Our three libraries are here to serve our growing institution as it continues to expand its educational focuses – offering more programs of study, and more opportunities for our students, faculty, staff, doctors, and partners to engage in cutting-edge research.
Due to an increased focus on scholarly growth and engagement, teaching faculty and researchers have accesses to hundreds of databases and thousands of refereed and peer-reviewed electronic journals, as well as print materials, all provided at no cost to you. We have established collaborations with other university and medical libraries to obtain copies of those materials that we do not own. I invite faculty from all of our campuses to work with a subject specialist to strengthen your research and scholarship activities, work with a librarian in preparing classroom research assignments, and to assist your students in their own research goals.
I encourage you to visit your campus Library, and to use the Rowan University Libraries website to discover the wealth of online and print resources and services available to you as a member of the Rowan community.
