This page provides instructions for clearing your browser cache in Internet Explorer.
Step 1 - Navigate to Delete Browsing History
Select Tools (via the Gear Icon) > Safety > Delete browsing history....
(You can also access this menu by holding Ctrl + Shift + Delete).
Step 2. Delete Temporary Files and Cookies
Uncheck Preserve Favorites website data and History
Check both Temporary Internet Files and Cookies
Click Delete.
