The Citation Search view is a form you can fill out to search for a specific article, book, or journal by its citation information. To use Citation Search:
- Select whether you are looking for an article, book, or journal.
- Enter as much citation information about the item you are looking for as you have available. It is very helpful to include a title, as well as an ISSN for journals or journal articles, an ISBN for books, a DOI for electronic articles, or a PMID for articles in the database PubMed, if any of those numbers are available. When you are finished, click Submit.
- If Citation Search is able to find the appropriate item, a result or list of results will be displayed, which you can view as though you were searching normally.
