The American Research Center in Egypt (ARCE) is remarkably active in supporting scholarship, training, and conservation efforts in Egypt. Among ARCE’s many great achievements is our relationship with the Ministry of Antiquities (MOA) (formerly the Supreme Council of Antiquities (SCA)) within the Egyptian Ministry of Culture, without whom our work would not be possible. Current Research in Egyptology (CRE) is a postgraduate conference set up to facilitate research and promote bonds between British and international universities worldwide who are conducting research in Egyptology, Egyptian Archaeology, or any other related field of study.

The Egypt Exploration Society’s mission has been to explore ancient Egyptian sites and monuments, to create a lasting record of the remains, to generate enthusiasm for, and increase knowledge and understanding of, Egypt’s past and to raise awareness of the importance of protecting its heritage. The international Council of Museums (ICOM), International Committee for Egyptology (CIPEG)
promotes collaboration among colleagues for the study preservation, and presentation of Egyptian collections, monuments and sites.
