Eligibility:
To be eligible to use LinkedIn Learning through Rowan University, you must be a current Rowan student, employee, or a retired Emeritus faculty.
If you're having trouble accessing LinkedIn Learning through Rowan University's site license, especially if you're a new user or previously had a LinkedIn Learning account covered by a different license, you might encounter authorization issues.
If LinkedIn Learning is not allowing you to log in, showing that you are unauthorized, or not recognizing your email address, the following steps should help resolve the problem.
1) Go to https://www.linkedin.com/learning/login-ent. That should take you to a generic LinkedIn Learning Sign-In screen that looks like the one below.
If it doesn't, try:
2) On this alternative Sign-in screen, ignore the instructions for entering your email address. Instead, type “Rowan.edu” in the email box (as shown in the image below) and press Continue.
3) You will then be redirected to the Rowan University Logo In Screen. From there, enter your Rowan University email and password. Then, complete your Two-factor authentication, which is required to connect you to your Rowan University LinkedIn Learning account.
You will then be redirected to Rowan University LinkedIn Learning account.
If you have previously logged into LinkedIn or have a LinkedIn account associated with your Rowan email address, you may be prompted to enter your LinkedIn password. This step allows the LinkedIn Learning system to link your prior account history with your new Rowan University account.
