Canvas: How to Join Zoom Call
With online classes or even hybrid classes, knowing how to join your zoom class properly is essential to your success in that class. Following these steps will help you join your class correctly.
- Open up your Canvas Dashboard.
- On the left-hand side, there should be a menu. Click on Calendar to access your monthly Calendar that lists all your assignments and meetings.
- Under details, click the link below. This will take you directly to the zoom meeting. You may be required to log in and input your first and last name.
Tip: Be sure to spell your name correctly since this name will be used to join the meeting, and most professors will also use this name to mark attendance
- Make sure to join your class early, have a notebook and pencil in hand, and be prepared to pay attention.
