Converting your data into a chart/graph is helpful for any school projects or assignments. Doing this is made easier with this tutorial.
1: Open Microsoft Excel, Click the plus button to open a blank workbook.
2: Enter the first group of data along with a title in column A. If you have more data groups, enter them accordingly in columns B, C, and so forth.
3:Use your mouse to select the cells that contain the information for the table.
4: Click the "Insert" tab and find the charts section
5: Depending on the type of graph you want to create, select the symbol representing the specific chart type.
6: Symbol meanings (starting from top to bottom)
7: To add axis titles, data labels, legend, trendline, and more, click the graph you just created. A new tab titled "Chart design" should appear. In the upper menu of that tab, you should see a section called "add chart element."
8: In "add chart element," you can customize your graph to your liking
STEP 9: Don't forget to save your work!
